The above photos capture what you can expect to find in a typical market on the streets of old Hyderabad. The Charminar, and the Chowmahalla Palace have been intentionally left out. You can find them in heaps on the internet.

Hyderabad is great for old buildings, jewellery, antiques, traditional medicines, spicy food and some random things… Enjoy!

#290 Pune Photowalk – Pu La Deshpande / Japanese Garden

It was a good Saturday for me. I did not waste it sleeping till mid-day and then again in the afternoon. I actually woke up at 6am (which I do not do even on weekdays), and went out with my camera, thanks to some equally enthusiastic people :)

The place to have a photowalk, we decided was Pu La Deshpande Garden, also known as Pune-Okayama Friendship Garden. Let the photos take control…

#194 Like A Child

It takes a sub conscious mind to reach the point of thoughts where you are yourself, where you are Just Yourself and nothing else, and there is nobody around. No sounds you can hear, no smells you can smell, nothing. It is just you and the vastness of the cosmos.

It takes nothing but music to move you, nothing but innocence to touch you.

We (me and Unitechy ) were on a Photowalk… and planned to cross the southern end from Gateway of India, to Nariman Point. Things somehow went the other way when we discovered a few kids, getting themselves dirty, learning stuff and enjoying themselves…

We decided to “look into the matter”…
